For hardware and virus problems it is often better for us to remove your computer to our workshop. This will cost you less than fault finding on-site.
This allows us to run full hardware tests on the computer system which may take a few hours to do properly. The tests are automated and you are not charged for the time. We have spare parts that we can use in the workshop and methods to remove a virus or spyware.
We normally conduct a backup which again is automated and can take some time.
